A few reminders before getting started on the application:

We are a foster-based rescue located in Watertown, Wisconsin area.
- Because our rescue is run exclusively by volunteers, you must have an approved application before scheduling a meet-and-greet with adoptable pets.
Currently, we are only adopting to families within a 1.5 hour drive of Watertown, Wisconsin.
- This is the Southeastern and Central Wisconsin area.
- Please contact us is you have questions regarding this policy.
Sorry, but we are not able to adopt outside the State of Wisconsin

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH AN APPLICATION:

All required fields within the application have a red asterisk ( * ) following the question. These fields must be completed, or the application will not be received by our team for review.

If, after hitting "submit" at the bottom, the webpage takes you back to the top of the application that is an indication that you have missed a field. Please go back through the application and search for the field highlighted in red. Complete that field and resubmit.

Once your application has been completed and submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

IF you did not receive the confirmation email....we did not receive your application.
